Our team
Built in Pennsylvania. Connecting agricultural trade worldwide.
FarmerStage began with a simple but ambitious idea: make agricultural trade more direct, transparent, secure and accessible for the people and businesses that produce, supply and purchase agricultural commodities.
From Pennsylvania, United States, our team has worked to turn that idea into a functioning B2B agricultural marketplace designed to connect farmers and suppliers with business buyers and create stronger pathways from production to market.
FarmerStage is more than a website. It is the result of research, planning, development, testing, collaboration and a commitment to building infrastructure that can support real agricultural commerce.

The team behind FarmerStage
FarmerStage has been developed through the combined effort of people working across technology, marketplace operations, agricultural research, supplier and buyer experience, security, finance, logistics and business development.
How can technology make it easier and safer for agricultural producers and suppliers to do business directly with serious buyers?
That question has guided the development of FarmerStage from its earliest planning stages through the marketplace operating today. We have worked carefully to build the systems behind the experience — not simply the pages visitors see.

From Pennsylvania to a global marketplace
Pennsylvania is where our journey begins.
Our initial supplier development efforts are focused on Pennsylvania agriculture, giving us the opportunity to work closer to the producers, farms, agricultural organizations and communities that the marketplace is designed to serve.
Starting locally allows our team to learn directly from the market, help early suppliers establish their presence on FarmerStage and strengthen the platform through real-world participation.
While our supplier foundation begins in Pennsylvania, our marketplace is being built to connect agricultural supply with buyers across the United States and around the world.
Pennsylvania is our starting point. Global agricultural trade is our vision.
What we have been building
Behind FarmerStage is extensive work to create the infrastructure required for a serious B2B agricultural marketplace. Our team has developed and refined systems supporting:
Supplier and buyer onboarding
Separate experiences designed around the needs of agricultural sellers and commercial buyers.
Supplier discovery and marketplace listings
Helping buyers find suppliers and agricultural commodities through one marketplace.
RFQs and competitive quoting
Buyers communicate purchasing requirements; suppliers respond with commercial offers.
Order management
A structured path from an accepted quote through payment, preparation, shipment, delivery and completion.
Secure payment workflows
Safeguards around payment collection, held funds, supplier payouts, refunds and disputes.
Supplier verification and trust
Processes designed to help buyers understand who they are doing business with.
Delivery coordination
Supplier delivery, freight and courier arrangements, buyer pickup, delivery assignments and secure delivery confirmation.
Marketplace communication
Buyers and suppliers manage business conversations and transaction activity inside the platform.
Administration and security
Permission-controlled administration, auditing, marketplace oversight and operational controls.
Market intelligence and growth operations
Tools that help FarmerStage understand supplier acquisition, marketplace activity and expansion opportunities.
Every part contributes to the same objective: making agricultural transactions easier to initiate, manage and complete.
We build with the marketplace in mind
FarmerStage is being developed around actual agricultural commerce rather than technology for technology's sake.
- A farmer or supplier should be able to present what they can supply.
- A buyer should be able to communicate what they need.
- Suppliers should be able to compete for genuine purchasing opportunities.
- Both sides should understand the transaction, communicate, manage delivery and know what happens next.
Our team's responsibility is to make the technology behind those interactions increasingly simple, reliable and trustworthy.
Hands-on from the beginning
We believe building the technology is only part of building a marketplace. During FarmerStage's early growth stage, our team is taking a hands-on approach to onboarding.
We are prepared to work directly with early farmers, suppliers and buyers to help them establish their accounts, understand the platform and prepare their marketplace presence.
This gives early participants real support while giving our team direct experience with the people FarmerStage was created to serve. Their experience will help us continue improving the marketplace as it grows.
Technology with people behind it
Every marketplace screen, supplier profile, RFQ, order, payment workflow, delivery process and security control represents work performed behind the scenes.
Our team has spent significant time designing, building, testing and refining FarmerStage so that the platform can grow on a strong foundation.
We continue to test the marketplace from different perspectives — including buyers, suppliers and administrators — because trust in a B2B marketplace depends on what happens after someone clicks a button just as much as what appears on the screen.

Different backgrounds. One mission.
FarmerStage is being built for a marketplace that crosses communities, industries and eventually borders. Our team reflects that outlook.
Technology, agriculture, operations, business and customer relationships require different skills and perspectives. What brings the FarmerStage team together is a common objective: help agricultural businesses connect, trade and grow.
We believe farmers and suppliers deserve greater access to markets, and buyers deserve better ways to discover dependable agricultural supply. FarmerStage exists to help bring those two sides together.
We are just getting started
What exists today represents a substantial amount of work — but we consider it the foundation. The next chapter is about people.
- More Pennsylvania farmers and suppliers joining the marketplace.
- More buyers discovering agricultural supply.
- More RFQs becoming transactions.
- More relationships being built between producers, suppliers and businesses.
- And, over time, expanding the connections that begin here in Pennsylvania into a broader agricultural trading network.

From Pennsylvania to the world. We are FarmerStage.
Connecting agriculture. Creating opportunity. Building the marketplace together.
