Terms of Service

FarmerStage is a business-to-business marketplace operated by Gurusmart Technology LLC that connects verified United States farms and agricultural businesses with wholesale buyers. FarmerStage is not a party to the sales contract between a buyer and a supplier; we provide the marketplace, payment holding and delivery coordination tools.

Accounts are for business use. You must give accurate company and contact information and keep it up to date. Supplier accounts must be based in the United States. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials private. Suppliers must never share account credentials with drivers; use the secure delivery link instead.

Prices, quantities, units and totals shown at checkout are calculated by the platform and are the amounts that apply. Buyer payment is held until delivery is confirmed or the review window closes. A marketplace commission is deducted from the supplier payout and is disclosed in the order breakdown. Payouts are made through our payment processor and require the supplier to complete payout setup.

Delivery is confirmed with a six-digit code the buyer provides to the driver at handover. Location data is collected only while a delivery is in progress. Buyers have a limited review window after delivery to confirm receipt or report a problem; if nothing is done, payment is released automatically.

FarmerStage operates a transactional SMS program for United States mobile numbers. Opting in is optional and is never required to open an account, list products, place an order, pay or receive a payout.

If you opt in, we send text messages only about your own activity: order placed and accepted, payment held, order ready, shipment departed, driver arrival and delivery problems, delivery confirmed, new delivery messages, dispute updates, payout sent or blocked, and support messages when a delivery is blocked. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send verification codes by text.

Message frequency varies by order activity — it depends on how many orders and deliveries you have. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive. FarmerStage is not responsible for carrier charges.

To stop messages, reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any FarmerStage message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resume. For help, reply HELP or emailsupport@farmerstage.com. You can also turn consent off at any time in your dashboard next to your phone number. Turning texts off does not affect email or in-app notifications, and does not affect your orders.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your phone number current; if you give up a number, update your profile so messages about your orders do not go to its new holder.

Do not misrepresent produce, list goods you cannot supply, attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid buyer protection, interfere with the platform's security, or use the messaging tools to send unsolicited advertising. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Buyers may report a problem within the review window. Payment stays held while a dispute is reviewed. FarmerStage may request evidence from both sides and will decide how held funds are handled based on that evidence.

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Gurusmart Technology LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the quality or fitness of goods sold by suppliers, or for failures of carriers, mobile networks or third-party payment providers.
